Sign on to your Webproctored exam 15 minutes early to allow time for setup and any necessary support.
You must bring a photo ID (License, Passport, Work Badge, etc.) and a secondary form of ID (credit card, library card, etc.)
You will not be permitted to use any printed materials during their exam. Click here for a full list of Webcam proctored exam rules.
Exams cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours of appointments are subject to a late cancellation fee no less than $60. Candidates will be responsible for paying the late cancellation fee in order to reschedule. We encourage you to maintain existing appointments whenever possible.
Exam Durations:
Mentor Foundation - 30 minutes
Mentor Practitioner - 60 minutes
NCSF-CFM Foundation - 90 minutes
NCSF-CFM Practitioner - 180 minutes
NCSF-CFM Bootcamp - 180 minutes

Foundation: Multiple Choice
Intermediate/Practitioner/Expert: Scenario Based Complex Multiple Choice
Results will display on your screen upon submission. You will also receive your official results letter immediately following submission of your exam.
Digital badges are sent electronically within 30 days of your exam.
